If you're not at home to receive your delivery, DHL will take your box back to your local delivery office and reattempt delivery the following day or you can arrange to have it delivered to a neighbour via the DHL website by putting in your tracking code.
If you know you'll be away during delivery week, you can always skip the box by logging in to your account here or contact us on support@gnadtclub.co.uk to delay the box until you're back.
